Experience? We’re comfortable catering for 100 to 1000 and have glowing references to prove it. Got something bigger in mind? Let’s talk! Heck, the last two years we’ve catered an event for 800 AND cooked back to back competitions at the American Royal, the world’s largest barbeque contest. We eat, sleep and dream barbeque. Want something other than barbeque? How about prime rib, maple glazed salmon, smoked chicken pasta with roasted red peppers, really great side dishes plus hand made desserts and a complete list of appetizers.
